Lead estimating efforts on large commercial, industrial, and government projects. Prepare detailed bid estimates, GMP estimates, and cost reports. Mentor junior estimators.
Requirements
- 7+ years of construction estimating experience
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or On-Screen Takeoff
- Strong knowledge of RSMeans cost data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Construction Estimator
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects. Work directly with senior estimators and project managers.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST)
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Quantity Surveyor
Perform detailed material and labor quantity takeoffs for all CSI divisions. Prepare quantity reports and support estimating team with accurate quantity data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quantity takeoff experience
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or On-Screen Takeoff
- Experience with multiple trades (civil, structural, MEP, finishes)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Cost Consultant
Provide independent cost consulting services to owners, developers, and lenders. Prepare RSMeans cost reports, budget reviews, and cost validation studies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction cost consulting experience
- Experience with RSMeans cost data and reporting
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Experience with lender or owner representation preferred
- Professional certification (CPE, AACE) preferred
Project Coordinator
Coordinate project intake, client communication, and deliverable tracking. Support estimating team with administrative and project management functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Construction industry background preferred
Business Development Manager
Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new client relationships with GCs, subcontractors, developers, and government agencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development in construction or professional services
- Established network in the construction industry
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting revenue targets
